For questions regarding these Terms and Conditions:
The following terms govern all sponsorship agreements between Project Blue World Foundation (the Organization) and sponsors (individuals or organizations providing sponsorship).
Sponsor refers to an individual or organization that provides funds, labour, or other resources to the Organization in exchange for placement of their logo on the Organization's website and related advertising materials. Organization refers to Project Blue World Foundation.
This Sponsorship Agreement begins on the date of sponsor intake form submission to the Organization by website intake form or by other contract, and remains in full force and effect until ended by either the Organization or the Sponsor. Both parties will comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Sponsorship may be in the form of funding, labour, or other resources as identified in the intake form or other written agreement. The Sponsor agrees to make payment of funds or provide goods and services as agreed.
The Sponsor grants the Organization a non-exclusive limited license to use and display its logo and trade names (Sponsor Trademarks) in connection with the promotion and advertisement of the Organization and its services. All Sponsor Trademarks remain the sole property of the Sponsor. The Organization has no ownership or other intellectual property rights in those items.
The Sponsor represents and warrants that it has full authority to enter into this agreement and that its logo and intellectual property provided do not infringe on any third-party rights.
Sponsorship provides advertising opportunity through logo placement on the website. The Organization may list Sponsor's logo in presentation materials and may announce the Sponsor's name during public and private presentations, online and at conferences, markets, trade shows, or other events or in press releases. The Organization attends many events and is not required to notify the Sponsor of each event or publication as it occurs.
The Organization makes no guarantee of the results of advertisement. The Organization will have no liability, consequential, special, punitive or otherwise, which might arise from the use of the Sponsor's logo or name.
Sponsors do not receive charitable donation tax receipts as they receive reciprocal advertising benefit. Sponsorship contributions are typically deducted as a business expense. Receipts are provided by email. Sponsor up to $5,000 per transaction — for larger amounts please complete multiple transactions.
The Organization is not responsible for refund of sponsorship dollars or goods unless the agreement is terminated within 30 days of purchase. If within 30 calendar days, the Sponsor must contact the Organization requesting a refund in writing by email to info@projectblueworld.ca.
Project Blue World does not guarantee items or persons listed as Sponsors. Should complaints be received, the Organization will review and corrective action may include removing the Sponsor from the website.
Either the Sponsor or the Organization may terminate or adjust the sponsorship agreement with written notice. Logo will be removed upon termination of sponsorship. Email or other electronic means is a valid form of written notice. The Sponsor and Organization are each responsible to communicate changes that affect the sponsorship in a timely manner.
This Sponsorship Agreement is governed by the laws in force in the Province of Manitoba. The parties expressly attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba for enforcement.
All contacts for sponsorship agreement, changes, or questions are to be submitted by email to info@projectblueworld.ca. The Organization will use the email address and phone number provided during the Sponsor intake for correspondence.
