Intellectual Property related to projects remains the property of the project owner unless otherwise defined by contract. Intellectual Property created by Project Blue World Foundation staff or contractors belongs to Project Blue World Foundation unless contractually assigned. Confidential information is treated with care and will not be disclosed except as required by contract, consent, or law.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards including access controls, secure file storage, backup systems, two-factor authentication where feasible, and restricted internal access to sensitive information.
