Dear Grid Registrant, thank you for your profile purchase. Welcome to the Grid; Project Blue World Solutions Database. We are glad to have you, your project or product or service in our solutions listing. Together we deliver sustainable support for organizations local to Manitoba, Canada and around the world.
NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the mutual covenants of the parties set forth in this Agreement and other good and valuable consideration, the Organization, Project Blue World Foundation, and Registrant, Individual or Organization purchasing a profile, agree as follows:
Registrant
Individual or Organization that purchases advertisement, a profile in the Grid; Solutions Database on the Organization's website.
Agreement
Completion of registration form and payment for registration constitutes an agreement of advertisement purchase.
Profile
Advertising space in the Organizations website.
Compliance
The Organization and the Registrant will comply with terms and conditions of this agreement.
Term
Term of agreement begins on date of registration form submission to the Organization by website intake form. Agreement remains in full force and effect indefinitely until ended. Profiles renew annually. You will receive an automated reminder to renew each year. If you do not renew, your profile will be removed from the Grid.
Grid Registration Details
The Registrant agrees to enter into registration agreement to purchase profile from the Organization. The Registrant receives advertising in form of a profile in the Organizations website.
License
The Registrant hereby grants the Organization a nonexclusive limited license to use, and display its logo, and trade names in connection with the promotion and advertisement of the Grid, the Organization and its services.
Payment
The Registrant provides payment for profile purchase as per the size of the Registrant company. See Organization website for current pricing.
Representations and Warranties
The Registrant represents and warrants that it has full authority to enter into this agreement and warrants that the Registrant's logo and other intellectual property provided to the Organization are accurate and do not infringe on any third-party rights.
Advertising
Registration in the Grid provides advertising opportunity for the Registrant with the Organization. Registrants gain a profile in the Grid showcasing their information.
The Organization may list the Registrant in presentation materials and may announce or list the Registrant during public and private presentations, online and at conferences, markets, trade shows or other events or in press releases. The Organization attends many events and is not required to notify the Registrant of each event or publication as it occurs.
No Guarantee on Advertisements
The Organization makes no guarantee of results of advertisement of the Registrant. The Organization will have no liability, consequential, special, punitive or otherwise, which might arise from the use by the Organization of the Registrants logo or name.
Selling or Fundraising
Registrants sell or fundraising direct from profile listing and/or sell the Organization's contract. Registrant's profile links to their website, and/or other social media platform. Customers contact sellers direct.
Contracts are between purchasing and selling entities unless customers ask Project Blue World to organize services in which case we will contact to contract or purchase on client's behalf.
We do provide marketing, sales support or broker and representation service, email us at info@projectblueworld.ca and request a quote should you wish to receive service.
No Guarantee of Sales
We do not guarantee customers will require your services please do not contact us asking how referrals are coming unless you have purchased a consulting contract for our team to provide sales representation.

No Guarantee of Registrants and Complaint Resolution
Project Blue World does not guarantee items or persons listed in the Grid, customers purchase at their own risk. Should we receive complaints we will review, corrective action may include removing Registrant from the Grid.
Changes
The Organization and Registration are responsible to communicate and provide information in timely matter relating to any changes that affect the registration.
Adjustment, Renewal or Closure
Registration agreements are annually renewing, Registrant can select to terminate or adjust details at time of renewal or the agreement may be ended at any time with written notice to the Organization. Profile(s) will be removed upon termination of registration.
Confidentiality
Each of the Organization and the Registrant may disclose to the other information it considers confidential to facilitate the Service and ensure confidentiality to be carried out as per contract requirements.
The Organization will hold Confidential all information relating to the business of the Registrant which would reasonably be considered to be proprietary to the Registrant, its team, suppliers and any beneficiaries of the service.
Privacy and Security Policy
The Organization respects the privacy rights of Registrants, clients, staff and suppliers. We are committed to protecting all personal and organizational information in our possession or control.
We use secure confidential systems with back up and 2 factor identification where possible. We have adopted this Privacy and Security Policy to guide how we collect, use and disclose the personal and professional information we require in the course of fulfilling our responsibilities and operating our business. This Privacy Policy applies to all subsidiaries and associated companies and partnerships of the Organization.
Indemnification
The Registrant will indemnify, defend and hold the Organization and their respective directors, officers, staff and volunteers or partners, contractors and suppliers, harmless from and against any and all third party claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, resulting from the Organizations use of Registrant marks in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Safe Practices
The Registrant and the Organization will practice professional and safe practices as required.
Waiver and Release of Liability
The Registrant forever discharges and holds the Organization harmless from any or all liabilities, claims and demands of whatever kind or nature, which arise from the profile registration.
Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws in force in the Province of Manitoba, and the parties expressly attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba for enforcement thereof.
