Dear Donor, welcome you to Project Blue World Foundation as a Donor. We look forward to achieve many successes as a result of your generosity. Details of donation to be managed as per these terms and conditions.
NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the mutual covenants of the parties set forth in this Agreement and other good and valuable consideration, the Organization, Project Blue World Foundation, and Donor, Individual or Company Donating, agree as follows:
Donor
Individual or organization that provides funds, labour or other resources to the Organization.
Donor Representations and Warranties
The Donor represents and warrants that it has full authority to enter into this agreement and warrants that the Donor's donation does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Receipt
Email is provided to Donor from the Organization to account for funds and or resources provided by the Donor. No tax receipt is provided.
Donations Are Final
Funds and resources donated to the Organization or to project of the organization are not refundable.
Confidentiality
The Organization will hold Confidential all information provided by the Donor confidential. Donor names will never be sold or distributed.
Guarantee
The Organization guarantees that Donor donation will be used for the intent that it is provided, as direct donation to the foundation or any activities or administration of the Organization.
Transparency and Accountability
The Organization is committed to providing clear and timely information to Donors on the Organizations website about programs, impact and financial management practices. The Organization maintains appropriate systems and processes to ensure the accurate recording, acknowledgement and tracking of donations. The Organization adheres to best practices in financial management and accountability conducting regular financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations and to maintain transparency in our financial operations.
Influence
Donors will not use their contributions to exert undue influence or control over the Organization decision making processes. Program priorities, resource allocation and strategy development rest with the Organization leadership.
Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws in force in the Province of Manitoba, and the parties expressly attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba for enforcement thereof. The Organization will validate and work to execute all services within regulations and laws in all countries and regions that our Donors exist.
