Project Blue World Foundation is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and integrity of personal and organizational information. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you interact with us.

This Privacy Policy applies to all Project Blue World Foundation owned websites and domains, online forms and digital communications, email and telephone communications, sponsorship, partnership, consulting, and project discussions, and events, webinars, forums, and social media engagement.

Third-party websites are governed by their own policies. When leaving a Project Blue World Foundation website, you are subject to the terms and policies of the external site.

Rules of Participation and Professional Conduct

All staff, volunteers, members, partners, guests, and users of Project Blue World Foundation services, websites, forums, webinars, and social media channels are expected to behave professionally and ethically. Unacceptable behaviour including spam, illegal activity, harassment, abuse, and unethical or harmful conduct will not be tolerated.

Individuals engaging in such behaviour may be asked to cease, have access restricted or terminated, or be reported to appropriate authorities or platform administrators where applicable.

Information you provide may include name and contact information, organization name and role, project or inquiry details, sponsorship and partnership information, communications and correspondence, and payment information for transactions processed through secure financial services.

Intellectual Property related to projects remains the property of the project owner unless otherwise defined by contract. Intellectual Property created by Project Blue World Foundation staff or contractors belongs to Project Blue World Foundation unless contractually assigned. Confidential information is treated with care and will not be disclosed except as required by contract, consent, or law.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards including access controls, secure file storage, backup systems, two-factor authentication where feasible, and restricted internal access to sensitive information.
