In Feb 2021 an environmental consultant from Brazil called and asked us to ‘develop a Project Charter to develop the world‘. The Project Charter of United Nations Global Development, for the World, United Nations was drafted in June 2021 to develop a way to build progress for the world.

We drafted the Project Charter of United Nations Global Development, for the World, United Nations and sent porftolios to to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II of United Kingdom and Commonwealth Realms, to President Bolsonaro of Brazil and Prime Minister Trudeau of Canada, and our Trade Commissioners, industry and regional Ministers, Premiers and Mayors.
We have broadcast and shared the plan and details from June 2021 to June 30, 2026 to our communities, regions and across our network to 15 countries+ we broadcast the protocols and objectives of the United Nations Climate Change Plan that continues the global warming reduction objectives established in the Paris Agreement of 2016. We provide below a sample webinar that explains the roadmap to a blue world, how we can achive happiness and quality of life for people while we develop the planet and the webinar provides information on how aviation is adjusting to effect climate through integrations of alternative propulsion methods.
The Project Charter offers that countries, communities, organization teams can access our network, we are here as a central consulting agency to build projects one by one as communities and organizations require. We utilize a strong repeatable project management system to enable Project Blue World to carry out many projects accurately using our supplier network, we work directly with clients and partners to achieve project goals.
As of Sept 1, 2026 we are showcasing seven Social Projects in 5 countries, and carry out many other non public initiatives as our clients require. Our network is vast, from the many industries and many nations, we are networked through our online and our team member communities.
The project charter and plan to build projects, one by one all around the world, showcase success and work together across nations is well received around the world. By 2025 we broadcast through social media, news articles, podcasts, through our network in 15 countries we reach many more.
Formally acknowledging successful carry out of the project plan, formal project work is closed out as successful June 30, 2026.
Thank you for continuing in positivity that we can achieve Netzero2050, Climate Change by 2030 is well under way as we adjust our behaviour together in every country we our powerful to make the great changes required to ensure prosperity for the planet, for all people,all regions, and resources our nations together are continuously reviewing and adjusting actions through our leadership and our central agencies. Agencies such as the United Nations consisting of 197 of the world’s 249 countries that is 79% of countries working together! The management rule is when we achieve 70% of people working together we can achieve our goals.

Project Goal
The goal is to develop awareness, that we can educate and equip countries, companies, and communities with the knowledge and systems required to reduce emissions by 45 percent by 2030 and reach net zero by 2050, while limiting global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius. We planned to showcase projects and provide webinar of information on options for climate change, we have provided access links to follow the United Nations Climate Change Learning Centre.
How do we sustain? By carrying out and showcasing development projects.
From June 2019 to June 30, 2026 our team provided several presentations, social media postings and broadcast a webinar to direct people to access the United Nations policy and framework, Convention for Climate Change to learn how to develop projects and programs to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and adapting to new behaviours to positively effect our climate.

Lori Payne, Management Consultant, CEO Project Blue World, Winnipeg Canada, 35 years Aerospace large project and program development and management experience. Lori drafted the Global Development Project Charter and led the planning and carry out, build of project management systems and set up of initial projects.
Arnildo Schildt, Environmental Consultant based in Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Arnildo has over 30 years of experience working with World Sister Cities and United Nations related initiatives, connecting countries and leaders while facilitating participation in climate and sustainability programs.
