The Burundi Building Homes & Resiliency project develops permanent brick housing for displaced persons, widows, and children who have lost their homes due to flooding.

A stable home strengthens dignity, security, health, and long term opportunity for vulnerable families.

Project Goal

The goal of this initiative is the development of 20 permanent brick houses for displaced persons, widows, and children of the Gatumba community who have been left homeless by floods. A home is one of the most important foundations for stable and productive living.

The Burundi Building Homes & Resiliency is developed in partnership with Together for Orphans Future located in Gatumba, Burundi. Local leadership manages on site implementation while Project Blue World Foundation provides fundraising support, financial oversight, and administrative management.
