Project Overview

The Benin Soccer, School and Community Gardens Project strengthens disabled youth development through structured soccer programming,building of educational programs, and long term building community gardens.

The project builds opportunity for children while supporting long term community growth through sport and food security development.

Project Goal $200,000

The primary short term goal is to raise funds to bring disabled soccer players opportunity to join tournaments. The long term goal is to expand structured soccer initiatives, develop sport and education partnerships between Benin and Canada, and establish community gardens that provide food supply and small scale commerce opportunities for the community of Porto Novo.

Partner Organization

The project is developed in partnership with the Benin Mini Football League. Through this collaboration, local leadership drives implementation while Project Blue World Foundation provides fundraising, oversight, and administrative management. Project Blue World Foundation operates across 15 countries through its network of partners and projects.
