Use this introductory session as ‘one time workshop’ or as a ‘kick off’ to short or long term development activity. Whether personal or business objectives, process improvement works. From short term troubleshooting of a challenge to long term major infrastructure projects we have agents certified to serve as facilitators, speakers and consultants, management, engineering, coaches and trainers are on hand to help you complete your objectives.
Continuous Improvement Culture Introductory Session Includes:
One time workshop or continued sessions for facilitation and advanced learning.
In initial class, receive presentation on problem solving, we provide sample such as review and investigation of an aircraft incident. We also allow time for individuals and/or teams to select a problem from their group for us to practive together.
What do I bring?
Bring a challenge you are having to the workshop, we have a template to work through as a sample problem solving that you can do as individuals or as break out groups. Do you have a organizational improvement system already? If so then we can use what you have in place and what your team is familiar with, we do not push products we work with existing and may recommend integrations or upgrades.

☑️ 30-60 minute presentation with worksheet as a stand alone workshop or as a kick off to weekly or monthly working group(s).
