a) Purchase direct from Project Blue World
Receive professional consulting and coaching, facilitation of your goals.
We meet one on one or book a team and facilitate your objectives as a project with multiple contractors. Our team and suppliers do hands on work, coach and train informal ‘On the Job’ or provide formal presentations. Often weekly rotations are set up for a period of months, projects can be short term or multi year.
Receive fractional, temporary staff. Short or long term targeted consulting or virtual assistance for your business or project requirements. Project Management
Project Blue World provides Project Management to organizations that require full hands on support. We will assign a team to facilitate your project from initiation from start to close at which time the project seizes or results are turned over to the client. Project management may include managing the income and expense disbursements for the project. Non profit and bulk labour hour discounts are available.
Capacity Building: Projects are often organized using a capacity-building approach as we work to short and long term goals for our clients. PBW establishes a long-term relationship with the project partner organization with the goal of the partner taking over the program as PBW withdraws its resources entirely to leave operations in the hands of the former partner. Capacity building projects run a minimum of one year, and are often multi year, renewable at annual intervals.

for Charitable Projects
The ‘Project Management Grant’ for non profits. Are you a non profit running a charitable project? We provide a service grant of Project Management that provides 2 project managers and PBW’s operations team and Project Management System to work with you to develop and coordinate your project from start to close.
Selection Criteria. The project selection committee selects based on fit of the project which must be charitable* in nature and must fit the ability of our team to serve. We must have the right expertise and be able to carry out or we may refer, decline or wait list your application.
Applicants need a well-planned approach, goals and purposes and must be available to meet regularly and provide ongoing information, communications, approvals and work instructions as required.
Administration fee is applied to the fundraising proceeds of the project (rather than pay up front and in intervals as we do for non grant recipient clients).
*Charity projects are designed and implemented for the welfare of society. Most of these projects focus on crucial elements of human life, like health, education, food, home and so on. Resources to provide support are developed every day, unfortunately we are not able to support every application.
