PROJECT PARTNERSHIP
Project Management
& Administration
Project Partnership program provides full management and coordination of projects. Projects with non-profit, non-registered charities are often organized using a capacity-building approach. PBWF establishes a longterm relationship with the project partner organization with the goal of the partner taking over the program, and PBWF withdraws its resources entirely to leave the project’s successful operation in the hands of the former partner. We provide volunteer professionals, tools, templates and project management system to support your success.
Volunteer Project Managers & other experts work with partners from initiation and planning, thru to execution, we then together build in monitors and controls as objectives are achieved and become self sustaining or project is closed. Projects run a minimum of one year, and are often multi year, renewable at annual intervals.
Project Partner Guidelines & Selection Criteria:
The project selection committee selects based on fit of the project it must be charitable* in nature and must fit the ability of our team to serve. We must have the right expertise and be able to carry out or we may refer, decline or wait list your application.
Applicants need a well-planned approach, goals and purposes and must be available to meet regularly and provide ongoing information, communications, approvals and work instructions as required.
Projects must be charitable* in nature and have objectives to relieve poverty, develop education and other purposes beneficial to the community. Resources to provide support are developed every day, unfortunately we are not able to support every application.
*Charity projects are designed and implemented for the welfare of society. Most of these projects focus on crucial elements of human life, like health, education, food, home and so on. When you run a charity project you have to make sure it is benefiting the needy in society.
We are not taking new projects at this time.
If you wish to be contacted when we open for new applicants send an email to info@projectblueworld.ca and ask to be ‘waitlisted’ for project application.
Thank you for your interest and patience as we grow.
